It's not right that a person who pays an insurance premium, any insurance, has to fight so hard to get what they are paying for and then to make matters worse it's a health insurance policy that you're only using because your precious pet is sick, which is upsetting enough and fraught with enough problems figuring that out, plus insurance crapola. Sometimes it's just too much. But in the end Rambo and his heart and all of his issues are being resolved. Nice in retrospect but why on why does it have to be such a nasty row to hoe?
