I couldn't help it and responded to this person.
Here's the ad: TW stud for sale 2 years old current coggins and vaccinations halter broke super sweet doesn't act studish he is kept with two mares and a gelding with no problems 14.1hh will not get much bigger he is going to waste in our pasture and it's breaking my heart. $500 pm me for more details
My response: You do realize that he will breed your mares if he hasn't already? He looks like a sweet boy.
UGH!!!!!!! Some people just drive me bonkers. Now she is probably going to have to find homes for two "sweet" babies. Hopefully one of the babies isn't a colt to rebreed the mares again.....

Her response: Yes I do realize that but so far he has shown no interest in them and most of the time they are out working and he is just going to waste that's why I've decided to sell him
I asked her to please separate them before it is too late. I doubt it will happen though. He's probably showing no interest in them because they are bred!

I doubt it will happen though. He's probably showing no interest in them because they are bred! That would be my guess too. An 8 month old bred my friends mare. He wasn't showing any interest either. Ha, Ha. Maybe she is thinking, that because the mares spend most of their time working, they are to tired for that kind of behavior.
