Now that apples are really in abundance i love this easy dessert. peel apples i use about 4 and cut into wedges peel pears. i use about 4 and cut into wedges. sprinkle with sugar 1/4 cup dust with cinnamon and ground ginger, and all spice. toss to coa put into pan for topping , cold butter one stick cut into slices. about 1/2 cup flour. 1/2 cup sugar. either brown or white. and sprinkle with cinammom and ginger . smash with a fork or hands until crumbly (you can also use oatmeal or raisins anything you want can be added ) put that mixture on top of the apples and pears and 375 until brown and crisp. put the pan on top of cookie sheet for any spillage. serve with whipped cream or ice cream or just plane. yummmm

One of my clients gave me some BC just picked apples today, think I'll make this, add a few blackberries I have left too, yummy:)
