Very nice. It looks like you got your gutters put back up too.
Oh wait, maybe not. I could see the down spouts, but when I went back to look closer look they don't seem to be connected to anything. Oops.

Yes DG we still have to re hang the gutters The LQ is washed and looks good for an 11yro trailer. I started working on the front end aluminum. Once that is done it will look new again. But that is a lot of aluminum to clean. I'm going to go get a orbital buffer for the bigger areas and a gallon of cleaner. But the one spot I did clean looks good.. still want to put a coat of wax on the white walls. Tomorrow I'm going to give the inside of my truck a good cleaning. It's not bad just needs a good dusting, vacuuming and use the green machine on the seats. Then I will give the outside a good scrub down and wax it. The weather here is perfect for doing outside things. And those have been put off for too long!!!

I think your LQ is amazing. I am so envious. I also love the way you get to cross a bridge to get onto your front porch. That looks like fun.

Well that bridge is a pita!!! Who ever set this house up was an idiot. That is more of a moat when it rains. Instead of building up the land it's low and a real pain when we have hard rains. I told Lint I was going to turn it into a fish pond. I'll get a few pics of it for you.

I am not sure you will find a decorative fish pond less work. It took me two years to get mine balanced so the water was clear, and in the winter, I used a stock tank heater to keep it clear of ice, and still had problems keeping the pump clear. All I know is I don't want another, but don't let me spoil your fun. Sorry there is a problem with flooding. I think the bridge is nice, but I can also see where the run off could be a problem. Sorry you have to deal with someone else's landscaping nightmare. The horse welcome sign is really cool and I like the way you have used the solar lights. I bet they are really pretty when the sun goes down.

I was kidding about the pond. But I did want to get one of those concrete alligators and stick in there. I'll get pics of the moat and the way the idiots did things. I got that welcome sign as a gift I like it too! The solar lights look great at night. One day I want some that are hard wired in. Changing batteries get expensive.. I just make the best of it. HL I don't get to ride as much as I want to. But when Lint leaves Tuesday for 3 weeks this time. I think Tony and I will get some ride time in...I know I'm bad but he can be a pita at times or should I say he cramps my style...

Looks great mingiz! I can sympathize with the whole water issue. All of my property sits pretty low and it is a pain when it rains. I thought about moving to higher ground in a few years but then realized it might be cheaper to bring in a bunch of dirt and maybe raise the property level. Still thinking on it.

The new roof looks great! I'll be curious to learn whether or not it's noisy in the house when it rains with that metal roof. There is a metal roof on the office building where I work, and it gets REALLY loud when it rains, and you don't even want to know how loud it is when we get hail! Hopefully since yours is over an existing shingle roof, the sound won't be a problem.

Terry I don't think it will be loud as it has 3 inches of foam under it. But we are suppose to get rain Monday. I will let cha know...

Believe me it isn't white unless your talking about the LQ. The house isn't. I need to give it a power washing especially the north side...Just another thing on my me do list. Honey do is on the road again. yea it looks good, I still want to get the aluminum done. That will take up time and energy. Which I don't have a lot of these days..
