Ok the one I took for the Mexican night at camp. Everyone said it was good. I thought it was a tad dry. So I would add some water to it. Gave me a bad case of heart burn. But's that's me and spicy. It's actually a Kraft recipe. Mexican Casserole 8x8 baking dish 1lb burger 1 can pinto beans 1 pk taco seasoning tortilla's Mexican cheese grease baking pan Cook burger and drain Mix taco seasoning with burger and simmer 10 mins Put tortilla in dish (2) Then layer with burger, beans, and cheese. add another layer..etc. then top off with cheese. at 350 until cheese is bubbly.

That sounds delicious, but sadly for me, I don't think weight watchers would approve ghost
I could have it if I have a small portion and stop, which let's be honest... is just not happening.
