Just went and picked up the pig we sent to the butcher. It was 219 live weight and it dressed out at 168lbs of pork!!! 
The next 2 go in October..
I got mostly pork chops, bacon, ham steaks. 2 hams, sausage mild, sausage plain, a few roast, spare ribs, ham hocks and pork steaks.
I think were set for awhile. This one is shared with Short.
This one was Pork Chop...We are going to let Ham Hock and Baconator get a little bigger.
