It takes so long for clinical trials to start. It would be twenty years before they could actually use it. The problem would be getting to just the cancer cells and not healthy ones.

I was listening to Minnesota Public Radio and there is promise in using genetically modified viruses as carriers to target cancer cells. Again, FDA approval is slow but this approach has been ongoing for decades. The very good news is that folks are working on it and its how it all starts.

Hopefully the cure for cancer is in our lifetime, and one day just a vaccine to prevent it will be in the making.

I pray there is a "cure" for those with this disease in a few months time.. heck within our lifetime. I am greedy...I want those to live that fight for life!! I have my mom, sister and friends all fighting this hated ailment...
I have lost to many other family and friends to it...
It is time a cure for all forms of cancer to now die...

There's a guy raving on about hemp oil, they said he had less than a year to live and he started using hemp oil and the spreading stopped and now he's improving greatly:)
