Rawhide was bitless! Great, love seeing bitless horses But RJ is still my favourite The only reason he was only in his halter .Was because the dumb shiat I'm married too didn't get his bridle. Then after we leave he's like where is his bridle. I said hanging on the rack. Well that's not where I had it. Got pissy with me. Said we were rushing him. That we were loading horses up. That we have been riding since he has been gone. After I told him we have only ridden once since you have been gone! I told him I hung it up after I rode him last week. So instead of turning around sooner. He was going to unhook and come back home 20 miles to get it. I said ride him in the halter. He isn't going to do anything but follow anyways.. >:(I wanted to tell him we have a better time riding without you and if you would take care of your tack you would know where it was.!!! So don't blame me for your screw up. MEN!!! JR did good today. The trail was a tad more harder than the last ride. He was climbing rock and did well. He just got tired...But stayed sound!!!

Great pictures! Now THAT is how you dress up a hitching post - with all of those beautiful horses!
That trail looks really pretty. Looks like such a nice place to ride.

It is Terry. The trail started out easy then we started into rock. that trail is called the Ridge Runner. It follows a ridge for a pretty good ways. The trail is a 22 mile trail. We did 10. Horses were getting tired and so was I. At least no saddle sores this time. Just heat rash on my lower shins. And a black and blue foot from JR stepping on it. Doesn't hurt though. I have another area called Knoblett Lake that this trail went to. So going to drive over and find the trail head for that. Going to Slabtown again the 12th -14th for a national wide trail ride. Will be meeting some new people. Just Lint, myself and Tony going. Then we'll go back in October with the whole crew.. The kids will have a cabin. We will have the LQ..
