Preheat oven to 350 Can of corn LARGE bag of tatertots one can of cream of chicken one can of tuna (may add one more can to taste) drained (or if you like it a bit juicier as the tots tend to get crispy add the juice) Can add one finely chopped chicken thigh if you want more meat Coat bottom of pan with a heavy dose of butter Put it all in a hotdish pan and mix saving some tatertots for the top. Cook till top is golden brown or crunchy when touched. Optional Two chopped up celery sticks My recipe is nothing from a cookbook....let alone a recipe card as it has been passed down from generation to generation.... everybody (even the men) were taught to cook without any measuring devices besides the soup can. So if yours doesnt turn out the way you expect dont blame me...... blame my 4x great grandmother...... she lived till she was 104 and died peeling potatoes in her own house! talk about old!
