This is my favorite 
and so easy to make.
1 box yellow mix
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 packet lemon flavored jello
1 cup hot water
1 teaspoon lemon extract
Dissolve jello in hot water. Add other ingredients and mix well.
in preheated 350* oven for 30-35 minutes in a 9X13" pan (or you can use a tube pan).
Icing: Dissolve 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice with 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar and pour over the top of the while it is still warm.
