Sounds interesting...sounds easy & good to eat too!!
OK, my mind is not grasping this one..
Cool for 30 minutes. in pan Invert to cooling rake Return back to bundt pan Poke holes in warm cake and pour glaze over top of cake.
So, putting the cake in opposite it coming out, then putting the glaze on it and in the "poked holes" so cake gets a glaze saturation...
When do you take the cake out finally?
Or once the cake is out of the pan, poke holes and drizzle glaze over and in the cake....
Told you my mind is not grasping this one...
HELP Mingiz....

HL4L, you are soooo funny, if you take the out and it is right side up. just pick up the and put in the bundt pan right side up. so you have to handle the with your hands or I would poke holes in the while it is on a dish so the icing gets all over it and on the platter. lol sounds yummy. smileys-birthday-139183 .

HL4L You just have to make things complicated... smileys-party-370729 j/k I wrote the directions from the recipe she gave me from another source. I thought the same thing. If I make it I would just poke small holes in it and pour glaze over that.. Seems to be a PITA to be flipping a . My luck it would break in half. :|Heck it would taste good without the glaze. But then again I could sell slices to people at the barn!!!

Welcome Lip....If you can't find the box . Maybe just find a lemon recipe. It's good even without the glaze on it. I'm going to try making one for Friday coffee nite.. Seems pretty easy to make...

Just a quick tip to those who haven't used a bundt pan before. You must make sure you thoroughly grease and flour the pan or else the won't come out in one piece.

Would Pam spray be better for coverage then only needing to flour the pan? Would that be "thick" enough in greasing?
Isn't there some company out there that makes flour and grease for baking needs combined in a can...
I love to flour baking pans...talk about a excuse for the kitchen to sometimes get messy from baking.
