Last night I picked up some ham steaks and decided to make a different kind of glaze than usual. We usually have one made with pineapple juice. I ended up making it out of maple syrup, vinegar and mustard. It was really good, my husband loved it. Does anybody have any other ham glaze recipes? I can't give amounts for mine, I just threw it togather.

Ginger salad dressing?! I'm going to look for that! I've heard of using ginger ale for a base but what would you put with it? My husband gobbled it up like he hadn't eaten in days and then called me after he ate his lunch today to thank me again for making it because he'd had it for leftovers.
