I was sitting on the couch having my coffee this morning. I look out the front window and see Keker kat jumping up at the bird feeder. Well I didn't see anything. So I got up went out and then I saw it. A Chipmunk hanging on for dear life. The poor little thing. I chased the cat off then texted Tony to come over and get him off the pole. Now I don't know how it got up in the top of the pole. Must have taken a leap of faith. Well when Tony tried to catch it it jumped down and scurried down the side of the house. I thought bad idea, cause cat is around the corner. Then we were standing in the drive way and Jess said look! Well it was the little chipmunk hauling it's butt back across the yard...More hopping than anything.. But I got some pics of him. At first I thought it was a baby squirrel. Keker had a baby rabbit the other day...DAMN Cat!!!!

Oh an then a butterfly stopped for a drink of nectar.

The butterfly is gorgeous, too! I love chipmunks. My daughter called them chickmunks when she was little.

He sure is cute. I love the picture of the butterfly on the hummingbird feeder!
