We had such an awesome t rip,.., 21 days on the ground,.., A whirlwind of traveling,.., saw sooooo many sights, I'm not sure I can include them all!!! First week started in London for 4 days, rented a c ar and drove on to York. Then Edinburgh, Invergarry (Glengarry Castle stay for 3 days, climbed mountain trails in the Nevis Range, etc.). On to the Inner Hebrides (Isle of Skye, town of Uig), ferry r ide to the Outer Hebrides (the Isle of Harris (and Lewis). Went all the way to the Butt of Lewis which is the furthest north we've ever been (59 degrees north latitude), and made our turn back south. Another ferry ride back to Isle of Skye, drove thru the Glencoe (crazy looking mountain range) and then left Scotland after traveling 11 days in Scotland. Next stop was back in England in the Lakes District (Ambleside, BEAUTIFUL little town), coastal tour of Wales for 3 days (+ Snowdoian National Park, Aberystwyth, Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, Portmeirion Village, and ended our trip in Bath, England for 2 nights. We did drive thru Warfield, England on our way back to Heathrow, so Hubby could check out his 'kingdom'. Thats a summary of the t rip, now I'll attempt to load in some pics!!  |

Amazing! I bet it was unbelievably beautiful and to be with all of that history, I am just in awe! Can't wait to hear more!!!!

OK...is it me or are there no pictures???
I saved this till the weekend when I could sit and enjoy smileys-home-474322 and look {oogle} the sights and now...  ...I can't see them.

LOL,.., sorry HL4L They've changed my schedule at work, so I have been working on days/nights I'm usually home,., Also, I've been trying to decide how best to load my pics,.., I thought maybe I could put together a 'folder' of pics that showcased our trip.

Once you have the chance to post I will save them to look at till a weekend to truly have time to look and enjoy.
I am lucky that my friends take such beautiful pictures of their adventures and share with me/us here...
I get to live vicariously through your pictures...that is a good thing.
Thanks for sharing your dreams with me....

Grrrr, I give up!! I've been trying to put together a little album of our t rip pics with the desk top,., Now my 'album' is in a loop and won't let me add to it. I thought I had such a good idea in organizing them in a nice, cohesive way,.., plus I liked the creative aspect of working on the computer,., I took over a 1000 pictures pictures and I wanted to present them neatly . I suggest just 'friending' me on FB, and looking at them there,., wayyyy easier  |

We didn't want to come home,.,  We hiked mountains, island hopped by ferry, walked beaches, toured world class cities, shopped, visited castles EVERYWHERE!! I had no idea the UK had SO much to offer, it was definitely a world class t rip,.., THANKS to my wonderful hubby for wanting to take me someplace so special  |

It was pretty cool, especially in its detail and size. I thought some of the signs were hilarious!  Soooo proper smileys-coffee-876033 |
