Here is a link to the gallery. I'm taking pics as they do it. Not a happy camper right now. The way they leveled the site and the way they are putting it up. Well I will have some fill in to do when it's done. Never again will I deal with this %*()(% company!

Yay! Looking like a structure! Not quite a barn yet!
Sorry to hear you are having issues with this company. Always makes the process harder.

Like the barn...I would shoot them for leaving the ground in such a slope and opening under the wall.... Ming...why not call and send an email right now of "This is not acceptable of a closed in sided barn!! pictures..send it along for PROOF!! There is no reason why "you" need to fix this...this is the fault of the construction and ground grading crew to not take into consideration the length of the barn and the slope to maintain a closed in level floor... Your barn cost good money and they already had Lint doing what they were contracted to do...sink and set posts... come on girl... take bull-by-the-horns and make them fix it.... Use the BBB and I hope the credit card company to work for your advantage... then never use them again!!

I completely agree with what horselover4life said. You shouldn't have to fix this.

Well according to the contract, we were responsible for the site.. They have a face book page so guess what I will do....I'm done with it. Lint and Tony will fix the bottom. I heard a horror story about the owner yesterday from a guy at a tractor place. Wish I had heard it sooner. But I will lick my wounds and carry on. But you can damn well be sure I will tell everyone I know about them...Don't buy from them...Even the builders were slobs. Didn't pick up trash. Lint got after them for throwing 6x6's on top of the left over tin that we can use. Told them that it was good material that we can use it. He beat me to them. I'm not as nice. The barn was pre-made. It was the actual site that was off.. Can't do anything about it now.

That is a lot of dirt to bring in and you will still need to have outside wall to hold the dirt. not sure if all of the work is your responsibility, i would still contact the company and send them photos and a letter saying how you feel. the horses love it. so as long as they are comfy and out of the weather is all that really matters.

I'm glad it's up now, and the horses definitely seem to like it. Good luck with everything else. I'm sorry you had such a bad experience. I'd be sure to spread the word to others not to use this company!

Me to Terry. We can fill in the gaps as we have enough materials left over to do that. As far as the one side, we are putting railroad ties down to hold the dirt in there. I went out this morning to take Molly out and I looked at it and I just shook my head. Seems it's part of my life not to have things done the way I want. Of course unless I my self did it. But again it's up I will get it fixed. Now I have to concentrate on getting back to VA to get Rawhide and then I can get back to the barn and fencing. Then I have the rest of my life to get it done. At least the horse's have a good run in shed now. Also it doesn't help that Lint isn't a country boy but tries to be. I know that I only have half of a lip left from biting it so I don't hurt his feelings...He does try hard.....but DAMN!!!! I tell him he is a bull in a china shop... bull-by-the-horns My daughter and SIL just laugh at me.

Pretty building Mingiz! cool I do not exactly understand the slope of the building either? i realize 'before and after' are 2 different things, and fill dirt and finish work will change the end result considerably. Sorry it's been a frustrating experience. My initial builder, for my barn/run in was a 'real piece of work' too, so I understand the frustration. I ended up 'finishing' with another pole building company and was very satisfied with the end result. Also, remember, you are a 'flat lander' ,.., Maybe they just do things differently in Ms. Keep us posted, thanks for the pics!

At least the horses seem happy. Will you share with us the name of the company that did such a poor job? Not that I think I will run into them here in LA but you never know.
