I made one for the coffee gang yesterday and they loved it.
I box yellow
mix
1 20 oz can of pineapple rings ( reserve juice)
1/4 cup butter
1 cup of brown sugar packed firmly
Maraschino Cherries
Melt butter in 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle brown sugar over that
Place pineapple rings and put maraschino cherries in rings and spaces around them
Mix the mix to the directions on it except for the water (use reserved juice add water to equal 1 cup)
Pour mixture in pan
at 350 for 40 minutes or tooth pick comes out clean
Cool and flip over onto a flat pan.
