Jess found these pups at the Animal Shelter.They are beagle/corgi mix. Mom is a corgi. So guess what..She put a deposit down on this one. We pick her up in 2 weeks. They are 6 weeks now..The one that we really liked was already taken. It was a black & white and was so playful. This is a no kill shelter. So I think we are going to take the one she is feeding (the stray) and they will get her spayed and fix her issues. They showed me a kidney stone from a small dog that was turned in cause it was peeing all the time. The stone was a good 2 inches in diameter. People...  She hates to take Missy as they call her but in the long run she is an older dog and is not what they wanted. This was a nice shelter and great people working it. They also send the younger dogs to the prison for training with prisoners.. Attachment Deleted |

Corgi and the cross are high energy dogs that need a job. mine love to chase the birds on command and round up the minis when they are on the lawn and i need them back in their pen. they are working herding dogs.
that puppy is cute. and she will stay small. too bad you can not keep the stray. but at the shelter perhaps she will find a home.

Oh that puppy is so cute. I bet she even has puppy breath. I just want to smooch her right on her fuzzy little nose.

Well today we are going to go pick up the puppy. I think her name is going to be Jazzy. The shelter called the other day. They found out that the momma dog has heart worms. She is being treated for them. But now the shelter was asking us if we still wanted the pup. That she would have to be on heart worm meds. So after we pick her up, we are taking her to the vet that the shelter uses and have her checked and get the HW wormer. We are hoping that it will all work out..
