I wish i made more than 6 pieces. of this chicken. i was licking the pan of the sauce while doing the dishes. thankfully no one was here to see me get my nose and chin all slathered in sauce. lol
that is scary. funny
i sauteed the chicken pieces in a little oil until just brown put them in a roasting pan. in the fry pan i used to brown i poured out some of the grease. and into that pan i put peanut butter ,oh about 2/3 cup because it was not alot of chicken and into that peanut butter i put grape jelly again about 2/3 cup. I swirled it around to have it all melt together and baked it until it was all golden and shiny. 375 oven for 45 minutes would do it. if the sauce is not think just leave it longer
Sounds crazy but i saw this on the cooking chanel and i thought it was weird too. but worth the try even hubby loved it and it is finger licking good.
