I have this mare part clyde and part tb,, she looks like a fine boned clyde, well after having her for 8 years i found someone that would want her.. they come with a great looking trailer and the mare would not budge to get on.. no pulling pushing wacking. food, grain, treats, beg pleading nada,, not getting on. i said perhaps a different trailer. so they said they would come back with stock trailer. i make arrangements for a professional to come and help.. well she messages me that she does not want the mare. i suppose i should have the trailer in her pasture and let her get used to it.. just i sold the trailer and i do not want to damage it. oh well maybe i will find someone else to take this mare on..

I had a horse like that. One time I was sitribg for over 3 hourse. She eventually touches the trailer with her nose and I let her leave for a reword. Next Day, same thing, this time touched it with a hoof, again reward. She eventually just hoped in. There is no why you can force a horse to go inaide and if you do, they Will hate the trailer and never feel safe inside.
