who has a family tradition that you would like to share or a favorite dish that is served every thanksgiving?? i wrap my turkey in bacon and put aluminum foil over to on low and slow.. last hour crank up the heat and watch that skin turn crispy brown and the bacon gets crisp also... than lest rest for about 45 minutes before slicing. with those drippings i make my gravy..
