I bought a tri axle of dirt to fill in around the new shelter. I tied Coco out in the lane to eat green grass with Misty loose to roam. She doesn't get way far away from Coco, Yet! She likes the loader tractor and will trot along beside it for the most part. I do have to keep stopping because she is not afraid of the tires. When I get out of sight of Coco she will turn and run full out back to her, take a couple draws and run back to where she can see me and stand and wait until I get close.
Tonight a little after dark I led Coco with Misty at her side to the new shelter. When I looked for Misty to put her in with Coco she was no where around. I had the loader full of hay to put in the shelter setting up by the house with the tractor running. I decided I would put the hay in and get a light and hut for her with the wheelchair. When I got to the tractor there was Misty licking a front tire. I got on the tractor and Misty first walked in front of the loader for a few feet and then took off running in large circles ahead of me. When she got to the lane she ran down to where I had Coco tied today, then turned around and ran to the shelter where Coco was.
I was just finishing chores Sunday and a man drove in and wanted to see my horses and tell me about his. Misty stood still letting him rub her back as long as he would rub her. He ask if I would breed Coco back and sell him Coco and Misty. I said no I don't think so. He said please think about it and he would be back. I told Dixie what he ask and Dixie said, not on your life!
