We buried my orange barn cat today.. he was missing for 3 days and he was found lying near one of the trucks in the yard like he was sleeping.. makes me feel bad.. wondering if he was trying to make it back to the barn and decided to rest and never woke up. He came into our lives about 13 years ago as a kitten.. all friendly and goofy.. and was never afraid of our dogs.. at the time i had rotties and my aussie shephard. and he would just love being with them.. he left for about a month and than decided to come back and this time with a broken leg. so off to the vet we went.. and he never left. he knew every inch of the farm and love everyone and all the horses.. he will be missed ... His favorite place to get warm was in the barn window.. Attachments:

Aww, sorry to hear that. We get so used to having them around and suddenly things change. It sounds like he had the ideal life a cat would want to live.

Aw, I am so sorry to hear about TomTom. It sounds like he passed peacefully which is all we can hope for for our animals. What a wonderful life you gave him and in return he gave you all his love. Sending lots of love and .

What a handsome little man! It does sound more like he simply laid down to nap and never woke up. Sounds like he was a little ray of sunshine to everyone he met. I am so sorry for your loss!
