We were on our way back home last night after getting the saddle. I got a call that my friend Lisa was dead. I had just talked to her the day before and things were good. She was the heart of the house hold. It was her place that my daughter got married on the beach. She took care of her 94 yro mom. An autistic granddaughter and her grand son. My old neighbor(fireman/rescue) heard the 911 call over his scanner and he went to her house and said that she was already blue. It's so sad. I'm thinking that she had a heart attack and her mom was there but probably in her room napping or she was in the tv room and just didn't heard anything. Her kids and her boy friend of 20+ yrs was at the local American legion helping with a benefit for her friend Lisa who had a stroke. So they had no clue. I feel really bad for the grandkids as I know the autistic one is going to totally lose it. I'm just hoping that her mom isn't the next one. She was everyone's rock. RIP Lisa....

How sad that the backbone of the family passed away, sounds like she had so much on her plate. My sympathies to you and to her family.

The girl that gave me the call last night is having a hard time. She just text me and told me that the autistic granddaughter Cheyenne just came over and told her that her mamaw passed away. Poor Rachael said that she had to walk away.. I'm sure that Rachael's mom stepped in and consoled Chey. I wish I could afford to go home and be there for them. I will try calling them later... Thanks all....
