Do you like no white on a horse's face at all? Or do you fall for a star and snip, a blaze, an apron face, a strip, some unusual markings? My friend had a mare with an almost perfect circle on her forehead that was coloured in the center so it looked like a bullseye. Or is it a bull's eye? Whatever. Anyway, I'm curious what everybody's favourite is.

I like what fits the horse. If he has chrome elsewhere and a fine face lots of white. If he has chrome and a common face/head then nothing to draw the eyes to that common head. If he has a cute dish, beautiful eye and head shape...bring it on!!
Our paint has a wide stripe. He has a beautiful head with one expressive white rimmed eye like many paints do. His other eye is the same liquidy brown no rim of white... Duke has a stripe and snip. A common head with romanish looking nose I would call it so gladly not so much to attract the eye Chance had a wide stripe covering his nostrils, full face make-up. It fit him. ....

I love a horse with a wide wide blaze. I owned a sorrel quarter horse many years ago that had 2 white socks and a wide blaze. I thought he was the prettiest horse out there. My heart horse Cherokee ( a blk/wht paint) had half a blaze just on the lower half of her face.
Skye does not have any white on her face but has black skin under her sorrel- she always has a mischievous look on her face.
I like a horse with facial markings personally

You know it's funny. I prefer just a little white on the face, whether that is a small star or maybe just a thin strip. I love Beau's small, faint star. But then again, I disliked loud, Overo Paints and look what I ended up with in Mister! He was certainly the exception to the rule for me as I thought he was the most handsome horse on the planet.

I've always loved a star. The when I had my old guy and he had a blaze I found I had a soft spot for blazes. And I always thought I'd like a horse with an apron face. As long as they don't have pink around the eyes. My friend just rehomes her black paint that had an apron face and black eyeliner around his dark blue eyes. He was stunning. I would have a hard time making myself buy a horse with no facial markings. Funny, hey?

Horses, chickens and cats are like flowers. So many colors and patterns I can't pick one. But then again my favorite outfit is a grey t-shirt and jeans so I guess that may say it all.
Ziggy has a wide blaze and big romantic brown eyes and always her head is up and she's got that"Hey watch doin'?" look so that's adorable. It took Gerald a good 7 years to fall in love with her and see what I see.
Penny has a kind of narrow white keyhole on her face. But it's her regal head that strikes me about her. She's a big horse and loves to be hot dog which is appealing to Gerald.
Now Peachie is all white with dun spots so I guess she's the opposite of chrome. Her most distinctive marking may be her hip poop stains, always has to have them lol
