After my ride on Sis the other day I decided to try out some new things with her just for a silly photo shoot. Enjoy!
(Too bad she chose that morning to roll and get a big poop stain on her hip! lol  )

I did have fun doing this with Sis. You're right, horselady, she and I trust each other completely! Even with me doing all that moving around on her back trying to turn around from facing forward to facing backward without getting off (and trust me, I wasn't very graceful about it ), she just stood there nice and still and totally calm. Sis is such a good girl. hl4l, I was chuckling at the way Sis was watching me with a look like, "Mom, what are you doing back there?"

Ahhhh a Sis fix, love it. Silly is good shows trust and builds trust too. Maybe someday Peachie and I will be able to do that, hopefully I don't kick her in the head lol

I hope you and Peachie can do this stuff someday, too,  . Don't feel too bad if you kick her in the head in the process, though. I accidentally kicked Sis in the back of the head while I was trying to get turned around, so if it happens to you, too, you won't be the first.

Oh oh lol Wonder what Sis has in mind for you now? I guess I could see Peachie putting up with me. I am hoping to get home in September for a long weekend. I'll try playing jungle gym games then. |

I told you I wasn't very graceful about getting turned around on her. LOL Fortunately it was more or less a bump with my foot to the back of her head rather than a kick, but I'm sure she still probably didn't appreciate it. Lucky for me she will forgive me just about anything. I am so lucky to have her! <3 (We need a heart emoticon.  )
I can't wait to hear all about your adventures playing jungle gym with Peachie when you get home in September!

Thanks, spirithawk. Sis and I do have a very strong bond, and it just keeps getting stronger all the time. There is nothing I wouldn't do for her, and she has shown me in so many ways that she will do the same for me. <3
The next thing I want to attempt with her is standing up in the saddle!

I see Photobucket is now being stupid and is trying to charge me $399.00 per year so that I can share my pictures to other websites. No way!  So, I'm going to have to do things a little differently this time and try to post my picture as an attachment. Hopefully it works. Anyway, I had a nice ride on Sis yesterday, and before I was done I decided to try something silly with her again. As always, she was great! Next time I'll have to try standing all the way up in the saddle!  |
