We did 10+ miles today. Sharon took us to the bat cave and another cave. Then when we got back to the trailers. I tied up Reno and he did his normal shake. I turned around and seen my cinch hanging down. So I went over and the off billet broke in half. Just glad it happened there and not in the trails.
I'm stoved up!! I just took some muscle relaxers. Reno was being a shiat head. Wanting to be stuck up the horse in front of him. So he was fighting me when I would hold him back. Anyways here are the pics.

Wonderful photos as usual.... Pretty place to ride with so much to see and explore.
A soak in a warm/hot bath might help but if I do it I need a crane to get out when I'm done...

Beautiful pictures, thanks for taking us on the ride! I'm with you horselady, no caves for me, claustrophobic too, but they are beautiful. I am amazed at how your leaves are all out already, we are still looking at little buds. I'm hoping for rain, the pollen is not allowing me to go outside much.

The cave we went into was huge. I don't think you 2 would have been claustrophobic in them. I wouldn't usually go into a cave. Thinking what could be living in it. But not that one. Every thing here is bloomed out. Now the pollen has started. People already have their gardens started. I have strawberries already. A few red ones and it's loaded with berries. I'm going to have to put a fence around it to keep the chickens out of it. I might do that tomorrow after I try out my new mower.
Still sore!!! My thighs keep screaming every time I stand up... Billie Jo wants to ride Reno so maybe Sunday I'll let her and I will saddle up Rawhide. He needs some training on standing still at the mounting block. Otherwise I can't mount up. Knees are gone...Plus I'm fat!!!

It looked large.. but caves are caves. i had to be dragged and led around the lauray caverns ... like a kid. a mounting block is best for everyone. and the stirupp that cheats is the best to have. a tiny bad hangs down from the horn and when you need to mount it drops lower than your stirup on the saddle. perhaps we could look into one for you.

I have one of those some where. But the problem with those is that they make it hard to get you leg over the cantle. It's my knee that is giving out. I get half way up and my knee shoots pain. I can't even do a squat with out you hearing crackling sounds. I have already talked to my Dr. He suggested shots first. So maybe I'll try that first. I knew years ago that they are going bad. Ortho told me I was starting to get bow legged. I told him that it was from sitting on a horse and I was taking the horses shape.
