i sauteed the loin in a small amount of oil and added chopped onions, i inch pieces of potato. salt, pepper. parsley, garlic. and i just shake in do not measure those ingredients. i also added wine and some ranch salad dressing. covered the pan and baked for 45 minutes in 35o degree oven. wow the gravy was tasty, and the pork was moist and tender. i microwaved veggies and that was dinner.

I love pork tenderloin, its one of my favourites, highly underrated and cheap!
We cook ours on the big green egg with pecan chips to smoke it, so delicious.
You had a better supper than me, I made curry for hubby and I wasnt hungry as I had a big lunch so just had angel delight with banana and strawberries!

I love cooking any pork long and slow with plenty of sauce and what is angel delight with strawberries and banana,? sounds like a tropical mixed drink

I'm not sure how to describe it, its a cheap british dessert, you buy it in packets, its a powder you mix with milk, they do chocolate, strawberry and a butterscotch one!
