Saved me many times from the flu , pain , cold and nervousness. All you need is sugar adn wather, I put lemon also. Taste is not usuall, but I love it. For one cup of tea, put two tablespoons of sugar in a pot , cook until the sugar is caramelized , then pour a glass of water and wait to boil . Add lemon, milk or what ever you like. This is something my granmother would always make me when I was sick and it lift you up so good. I think it is because of sugar hh

My grandmother would make me something like this and she added vodka.. lol the lemon for the c vitamin and the vodka to help me sleep.
