Oh my! How beautiful. I wonder how much it will end up going for? Surely way out of my league. Perhaps if we got a group together? :-)

"If you have to ask you can't afford it!!!" is what my father would of told me.
Beautiful place....would love to live their in the summer months and return to the warmer south in winter. campfire ....you would need a lot of friends to fill that place...

With all those rooms and acerage and beautiful barn my thought would be to turn it into a equine club. where people can keep their horse and have the rest of the land for various sports activities.. that way the owner of the horse pays a monthly fee and also have access to dining room and use the facilities like it were there own. like a golf club. situation without the golf.. come to think of it. there is enough room for one. hmmmmm any investors out there. will be glad to move and my daughter could run the restaurant.

It probably won't go for as much as you think. Land here is cheap. Lake of the Ozarks is a more richer area than here. There is a farm with 3 homes on it and barn etc close to us that has plenty of land 80 acres for like 700k. Which back east is more of a norm than here. If I had the money I would buy it. Here for what you would payback east would give you a lot more for your money. Plus taxes are cheap. If I can find it I will post it later.
Like my aunt & uncle just got a 2br on almost 3 acres fenced and with a 4 stall barn and a huge work shop for 87k Taxes are like 350 a yr.

It's gorgeous!!! I wonder how much. Around here just a few acres with a house goes for $600,000 and up. And it'd hard to find anything half decent for 600,000. Maybe a mobile home with a few acres and no trees or a garage. If a place like that existed around here it would be at least 2 million bucks, probably more like 3. Sometimes I look at acreages in Kentucky on line. For what our house is worth we could have a beautiful horse property. It makes me sad.

This is the second huge, luxury home/ranch that says nothing about # of bedrooms and bathrooms. They note 2 bedrooms in the guest house. Any normal house for sale ads start off with # of beds and baths. Obviously there have to be lots of rooms, but it would be interesting to know just how many people would be able to split the price. Looks like there'd be enough space for roomies to plenty of personal space.

I made the map larger to see the property where it was located. and the driveway is about 2 miles long going around a lake. what a find. wish i had some backers i would turn that place into a real hobby club. oh i would live in the guest cottage and rent out rooms in the main house as a bed and breakfast. mini-graphics-smileys-957138
