I have been using this "mix" for months now and I feel so much better from inside and out. So I wanted to share. Every mornig and before beed I take one spoon of honey(organic) mixed with cinammon and lemon juice with glass of water, and what is left (without water)I put on my face to dry out and rince it, also I use lemon that is squeezed to rub it to my face before I put honey mix, it makes my dark spots from akni I had before to fade out. My skin is sooo soft and better then ever before and those tinny wrincles I started to get from smilling are gone. My digestion is so much better and in general I feel I have more energy. It is important to have it on empty stomach in the morning and in the evening before bed. You should all try it, it helps guaranteed. It does not hurt, all natural, you can only feel better.

Yes I think I remember reading something about lemon and age spots. I think it fades them.
I agree, the lemon water is supposed to be really good for you. Just remember to rinse or brush afterward as it can wear down the enamel on your teeth.
Thanks for the reminder Lip!

The lemon really helps with dark spots on my face. Lemon juice is with wather so I don't see how could it be to strong to damage my teeth. It does sting in the beggining when using it for face, but it is so worthed. Honey alone is good though.

Interesting! I drink lemon water quite often. I make it with organic maple syrup, though.

Store ones are not organic(because of the various things that they put in it to perserve it), home made is organic that is how I see it.

Store ones are not organic(because of the various things that they put in it to perserve it), home made is organic that is how I see it. No preservatives in pure maple syrup. 30 gallons of sap from mature maple trees to boil down to 1 gallon of syrup. When is sets for some time it will crystalize some in the bottom of the container. Just heat it up and stir it and it is back to where you bought it. The last time my Father in law opened his bush for the last time we put away 20 gallon in the attic and it was over five years before it was used up by the family. It was all good to the last drop. Of course they sell maple syrup that is not pure with other syrup mixed with it. I have no idea what all they put in it then. I have made a few gallon from time to time from my trees at the farm. I have a 20 acre woods. It is a lot of work to collect the sap and then spend time boiling it down. Every spring that I made maple syrup I gained at least five pounds tasting it out of the evaporator. I might have tasted a lot more than was necessary. Warm syrup is hard not to taste and it takes at least two table spoons for a good taste. If it is marked organic, which I suppose it all could be, and more is charged because it is marked organic than other maple syrup is not marked organic it would be a rip off. I hate seeing people taking advantage of.

I have never tried it, here in Croatia I am sure we have it but it is not common. But I am sure it is good.
