2 cups sugar 1/2 cup milk 4 Tbsp Cocoa powder 1 stick butter 3 cups of quick cooking oats 3/4 cup peanut butter 2 Tbsp vanilla
Put sugar, milk, cocoa, and stick of butter in a large pot. Mix it up and stirring constantly bring to a rolling boil. Boil the mixture for 1 full minute. Remove from heat and mix in the peanut butter, oatmeal and vanilla.
Put by spoonful onto a lined with wax paper cookie sheet. Chill.
I usually just put mine in the freezer for about 5 mins to cool down and set up. Must store in fridge. I put parchment paper between layers.
