My son always gets me an amazing christmas present and this year he and his wife really outdid themselves she asked me last week what i wanted and i mentioned a few things and she said ok. will take care of my wishes. well some how during my and hubby clearing up some dinner dishes they snuck into the house this: to replace the one someone stole over the fall. and this one is not going near the road in case the evil doer will take or deface this one. it will be placed on the wall of the indoor arena;;;;; drum roll for the photo Attachment Deleted |

i love it, its gorgeous, i always wanted a carousel horse but they are so pricey!

I LOVE it!! It's gorgeous! What a sweet thing for them to do.
LD you can make a carousel horse out of those old horses that were on frames with springs. You take it off and get some PVC pipe and a flange for the base and glue it all together and paint it up. I can't remember if I saw that on the 'other' forum or where I saw it but I've always wanted to do it. Those horses are hard to get a hold of these days, though.

ld and nhg, I have 2 custom painted carousel horses (made from the old bouncy horses) that a friend I met on the other forum made for me. They are awesome! Let me know if you'd like me to share pictures of them.
