Just wanted to post this latest ad from the neighboring farm,.., bahaha 
I abbreviated a few *details* for privacy sake.
"XX Dressage in xxxx xxxx, xx is in search of a full time dressage trainer.
We have a gorgeous pristine facility on 150 acres and clients in search of full time education for ourselves and our horses.
We have a quiet facility where the focus is on dressage education for serious riders.
We breed a few high quality XX horses each year and need a full time trainer for lessons, training client horses and training/prepping/showing XX horses for resale.
Looking for a trainer who can start young horses, and ride/teach through fourth level,
who does not smoke or use drugs and wants to be a part of our drama free barn
which is currently full of adult amateurs anxious to progress!
We host monthly clinics with International Grand Prix Trainer XXXX XXXXXXX and other top clinicians .
No stall cleaning required."
I love the exclamation point and the 'drama free' comment.
YEAH right!!!
They are also currently trying to lease one of their own ponies 'on site' for $500 a month.
Way TOO OVERPRICED for this area,., crazy!

I was told they pay the trainers $10 an hour to stick around all day
But if someone trains for them, on site, I think, she takes $15 per student out of trainers 'fee',
plus 'haul in' fee if applicable.
Also provides an 'in law' suite in their private home for living accommodations.
But if the trainers horses live on site, they charge full board.
Otherwise, they offer an older barn, off site, for trainers horses**
