OH MY, I will write tomorrow because it is late, but WOW look at that CAST IRON, love, love love it. That's mostly what I use.
That big frypan is amazing.

I saw the cast iron too...new cast iron. It yet doesn't have the "patina" of aged use on it. I have a dutch oven, fry pan in 2 sizes. My sister has fry pan and a Swedish pancake pan...here people would know that size as "dollar sized cakes". The recipe is different, almost like crepes but pancakes. My other sister gave her fry pan away..her loss!

omg..I love cast iron and i have so many pieces. and just looking at the copper pieces i would buy most of them, and the jewelry.. can you imaging living in those days and doing everything by hand?? so much we take for granted.
