This hen is a pita!! I threw her out of the garage yesterday 3 times. Then I closed the door. She laid an egg in there and thinks it's her place. Now she is trying to get into the tack room. So I told Molly to chase her off. She did and hen decided to get after Molly.

She doesn't try to hurt them. She has fun chasing them across the yard. She only does that when I tell her to. Squeak would be the one to do it. He already got his butt busted for it.
Today I went out to gather eggs. They are laying but mostly small ones. Till today I got this one.

Molly thinks it's a game. She picked on that hen today and I wish I had the camera. She grabbed the hen's tail feathers and the hen turned around and pecked her and she let out a yelp. So maybe she will think about it next time. The rooster has already flew up at her but he didn't get her. Yesterday the hen chased Molly across the yard. Tony saw that and said it was funny.

My dogs also chase chickens for fun. I have sheepdogs and as we don't have sheeps they round up chickens and horses. Pretty funn thing to watch. Just be careful, your dogs are small in size, you dont want them to loose an eye.
