! box of a spice  mix
1 15oz can of pumpkin ( not the pie mix type)
mix until blended. it's thick
then drop by spoon full into a muffin pan ( I used pam to grease it) or use cupcake liners.
 350 or 325 for dark pans 22 mins. 
You could add nuts to it also.. |

That is easy, i imagine you make the like the box says or not put the oil in?? |
