Ooh, thank you!!! Sorry I did miss it when you first posted. I've sent them an email to see if they have them and would be willing to ship.
I actually had a pair of Boas already. How dumb is this, but I bought them from Craigslist BEFORE I got Reggie! I mean, it was literally on the way across the state of Indiana, going to go see him for the first time. If I remember correctly, they were a size 8, and Reggie's platters were topped out at 10 inches because they were so poorly cared for. So for the next two years I kept trimming what I thought was severely and they still stayed squashed out. Last summer he was still at 8.5" and too big for them (I think they were size 8, going up to 8"). So I sold them.
Nowadays after being on Vitamin E and hoof supplements for a year, his feet are standing just a little more upright, and the hooves are closer to 8x8.5" I think still too big for a size 8. So if these folks write me back and say they are size 8, I may ask them to doublecheck with measuring on their end and me measuring on mine before I'd go thru with it. If they come back with a size 9, that would be awesome (I think 8 is as high as Boas went).

Update. What he has is size 8. I compared that against what they list for size 8 on this website: www.naturalhorsetrim.com/boot_swap.htmAnd we may still be out of luck. Reggie was 8 1/2 wide by 8 long last I measured a few weeks ago. It was a sloppy fast measurement, and right after a trim so his toes were extra short. But the website says that size 8 boas only went to about 7 1/2 on the wide end, and an inch is a pretty big difference. I will probably end up having to get hoofwings. $400 per pair! Yikes!
