Yay! I get to be the first one to post on this section!
I just have to say that I'm trying to help two people find horses right now and it's really disappointing how many horses there are out there with issues or that aren't suitable for the average rider. It makes me appreciate my boy even more. I'm looking for a horse for a nine year old girl who is taking lessons and doing well and two for friends of ours that are just looking for average, everyday horses that can be ridden up the road. It's shocking how many horses out there haven't been ridden in a few years. If the horse was a riding horse at one time get someone to put thirty days on it. You might be surprised how good it still is. Do you want to put a potential buyer on the horse for the first time in years and have a rodeo? Frustrating. I haven't found a single one for either buyer that would be suitable unless it's $5000 or more.

Too bad you are so far away , and you will need to expand your search area perhaps. and people always seem to think their horse is the most valuable when in fact most times they are overpricing because of sentiment . so keep looking. what area are you looking in perhaps we could help, and what is the criteria.?

One is for a nine year old girl that's taking lessons and is doing very well and is confident. The other one is for a middle aged woman who just wants a family horse that can sit in the pasture for weeks and then be pulled out and go for a ditch ride. Both families have money to look after a horse properly and their own places. Thanks Jo!

Have a look at Melanie koltusky on facebook, she's selling her horse, he looks awesome and not too pricey Noah is coming coming 8 in 2014. He stand 15HH, he is part bred Arabian and is registered. All breed pedigree of sire www.allbreedpedigree.com/crown+cazar. I have owned Noah for 3 years. He is up to date on his farrier work, he has had shoes on (cold and hot), but goes well barefoot. He is sound, no health issues, is confirmationly correct and balanced. He was started in English, but when I got him, I have only worked him in Western. We've done millions of miles of trails here in the Kootenays. Alone and with other horses. He moves out from the herd with no issues. Rides safe on the trail, through water, uncertain ground, you name it (met a bear once - he was amazing). He is respectful to his handler - no vices. Works well in the arena - LOVES to work. He could Jog all day long and has great stamina. He doesn't rush his gaits, as you would expect some Arabs do..He's comfortable in whatever you ask that way. Loads well, trailers well, stands for the farrier. Works well with just about any level of rider - as long as they are confident. Noah is very loyal and even affectionate. He loves his person and puts a lot of trust into them. He's lovely to look at - gets compliments everywhere we go and I truly do love the guy..but I'm growing as a rider and need to find a mount that is suitable to this. Asking $2500 OBO. Located in Yahk, BC
