Been considering a muzzle for Dax, hes fat and has a table back, I have him off grass 8am till 7pm but its not enough even with exercise, I have been unable to keep a fly mask on him or Ira, I think Ira pulls his off then Daxs, Im hoping he cant do this with this muzzle, I think I will attach a key finder to it though just incase, too expensive to lose willy nilly!

Has anyone used and had success with muzzles?

I wish I could help but I've no experience with muzzles, I've always had the other problem of trying to keep weight one. Is there any grass in the small area you keep them in during the day? Perhaps keep him in there all day for a few weeks to get a start on losing weight? Would Ira have enough to eat or does he need to lose a little weight too?
