Lots of water for you (and your horse if he is picky about it). Saddle is missing from the list. I always bring a lot of extras: halter, lead rope, girth. I also bring something like a leatherman's tool (kind of like a swiss army knife but bigger) so I have a knife, screwdriver, pliers all in one. How about a towel? Bucket, chair, fly spray, Do you have a first aid kit? I didn't; but I packed a few things like you did with the vet wrap and drugs. But I know it's best to have a real kit for both you and horse. Also check for the jack and spare tires. Check the tire pressure in all tires. Horse food if you will be gone for more than a day.
One could really go overboard by packing the whole barn but sure as the dickens, the one thing you forget is the one thing you need!
I did have a list like you do that I would print every time I hauled to a competition and literally checked things off as I packed them so that I didn't forget anything.

Keep your horse coggins papers and anyother documentation with your entry for the show and your classes. a check. and make sure you have the judge name and vet and farrier if there are any on the grounds. bring extra reins and saddle pad. and plenty of towels. or hand towels. visine for the eyes in case there is dust. i always carried a bottle of baby oil. just before entering the class i had a towel dampened with water and just a little oil and started with the horses head wiped him and my saddle and my boots with it all the way to his hooves. made a difference in horses appearance. and you will need more than a snack bar, pack lunch and plenty of fruit. and vitamin water. oh and good luck we expect photos and an update.

When I showed our barn went no where without a spare bridle, saddle pad and girth just in case... We also had a spare halter, bell boots, masking tape, lunge line and a lunge or long reach whip. Chairs to sit in, water bucket, muck fork were always left on the horse van. We packed a cooler with cold waters, sugary drinks {not soda} and fresh juicy fruit all cold to grab on the run. SAFETY PINS....assorted sizes can fix many things in a pinch!! Sunscreen and lip moisturizer....not shared {yuck!}
Now when we go trail riding.... Coggins in a plastic protective sleeve, cold drinks in a cooler with some fruit. Still a spare halter and shank, lunge line and driving whip {sons horse is a PITA to load at times} for the "threat" not to hit. Bug spray for horse and human is a must here.... fly masks now added! Spare cinch and lately have had a spare bridle hanging in the tack compartment.
A smile and positive attitude by all and shared with each other!!
