This is a recipe I found on line. I made it this morning and will have the coffee gang taste test it. First bunt I have made. I tried once before but it fell apart. Today I got this one out. First time I ever made glaze. Ya can tell I'm not a baker. But I figured I'd go ahead and put it on here.. I was happy enough to get the out of the pan without it sticking. But I did grease it heavy and floured it the same.. It sure smells good..... Washington Apple ...... 1 pkg yellow mix 1 pkg (3.4oz) Jell-O instant vanilla pudding mix 4 eggs 2/3 cup water 1/2 cup oil 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. of sour cream 1 lb granny smith apples (about 3 apples) peeled and coarsely chopped 3/4 cup powdered sugar 1 tsp water preheat oven to 350 Beat first ingredients and 1/2 cup of sour cream in large bowl with mixer till blended. Stir in apples Pour into a well greased and floured 10 in tube pan or 12 cup fluted pan 1 hour to 1.5 hrs. or until tooth pick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 min. Loosen from sides. Invert cool completely Whisk powdered sugar, remaining sour cream and 1 tsp. water until blended. Drizzle over . Let stand until glaze is firm On the glazed I ended up adding a tad more water for it to mix together...

Well everyone liked it. It was really moist. I think I will make another one for Christmas...Hmmm wonder how it would be with home canned peaches instead of apples.... I guess you could use any mix and fruit...but the pudding really make it good and moist....
