I know this sounds exotic and fancy but it is not. 6 ingredients and into the oven it goes. great for parties and big occasions and heats well and is tastier the next day. and i have made this for 140 people. serve with baked potato. peas. green mixed salad. wine and a tropical drink. oh and plenty of napkins and wet cloths cause this is finger licking good. one chicken cut up into 8 pieces 1 cup vinegar 1 cup sugar 16 oz ketchup salt. pepper, 6 drops of tobasco sause whole cloves about 7 of those and drained pineapple chunks. reserve the juice i marinate all of the above either over night or for a few hours. and at 375 degree oven for one hour as the sauce thickens use the remaining juice to thin it out. i have used chicken pieces for this. just do not use breasts. they will dry out if cooked too long. ENJOY campfire
