Well this morning it started out as an ice storm. We had about 1/4in of ice. Around 4 pm it changed over to and it hasn't let up. Yesterday my daughter got a call. That the 2 youngest girls father passed away. So they left yesterday for PA. They got there early this evening. Which was good that they didn't have this weather to deal with. The hard part was she and her hubby couldn't tell the girls. So we went over and did it. The father was a diabetic and didn't take care of himself and his father found him in his room after he had gotten home from work. So what a way to start the holidays for the kids. I will post pics in the morning of our winter wonderland. It isn't suppose to stop until tomorrow afternoon. So glad I don't have to work out in this stuff anymore or have to drive in it...Lint has been feeding the horses every day. So I really don't even have to go outside...

No matter who it is there will be sadness. for your family. to you and the girls. Thankfully you do not have the to deal with any longer,. except to take care of the farmette. so stay safe and make sure you have plenty of supplies. .
