So I have a question about what is probably a good problem to have. I have a very large change jar that is now overflowing plus I have some cash from selling some scarves that I have knitted. The problem is I don't really know what I want to spend the money on. I just bought a new saddle/bridle. I ordered some new saddle pads and a heated water bucket today for my family to give me for Christmas. As much as I hate to say it, I can't think of anything "horsey" that I need. If you suddenly had some extra cash, what would be on your wish list?

I am with you on that one. i have so many saddles and horse tack that i am selling what i can. and i have all the clothes i can ever wear. boots i have for dress and for snow. computors and cameras so what is left my change jars are full also and i am starting another, plus i have a instant coffee jar almost full of just quarters of the states and parks. i just keep dropping them in. so what do i need. ? nothing. Next week i am going for new glasses .
if you want to splurge why not a day at the spa. massage. rub down. hair and nails. if not than just wait for something to pop into your head, stagecoach boots

Funnily enough I just counted ours up I have over $200, putting it towards food and drink for Xmas but I sold something and had $100 laying round, I bought a set of headphones that block outside noise, they were reduced from $300 to $99 today only!....didn't need them but bought them on a whim, man the sounds awesome from them.
But if I had another spare cash amount I'd splurge on a spa treatment, massage or an expensive hair cut at a fancy pants salon with proper magicians!

With Christmas coming that's tough because I have a few things on my wish list that I hope my husband will get me. One is an amethyst pendant, another is to pay for me to take the coaching training through Alberta Equestrian Federation, another is a gift certificate for La Senza. Okay, that's what I'd spend it on, a shopping trip at La Senza and get some decent bras instead of the crappy Wal-Mart ones I usually get.

Ooh NHG, I've been watching a few amethyst pendants on ebay, are you looking for it for any particular reason?.....I'm looking for a certain cut for spiritualist reasons, hard to find one that still looks nice is well made or isn't huge!

Me too! I was reading that its supposed to be the stone that's good for positive energy. I don't really believe in that stuff but I'll try it just in case and I think they're pretty anyway. I love purple. I looked on line also and saw some pretty ugly ones, too. There's got to be something nice out there! I ned mine in white gold to go with the chain my husband got me a few years ago.
