You know how we all put that little bit of leftover food in a container and it goes into the freezer to be forgotten until the freezer is full of containers OR your container cabinet has no more containers that have lids that go on the bottoms? ? we I had a bunch of them too, and i took them all out and put them in a pot with some beef stock, corn, green beans. wax beans and some onion . and walla "soup of the day" a little pot roast. a little baked beans. a little ground beef sauce from pasta. and mushrooms. corn , with crackers. campfire i think i will call it campfire stew.

If you decide to make this use the containers within the month. I had it leftover tonight and i almost put rice in it. or pasta. just an easy soup/stew that is versatile and uses up those small containers with mystery items inside. make-dinner

I'd be too scared of what's in our mystery containers. We usually don't have any because my husband takes leftovers to work. He drives a train into the mountains and there isn't much around the station for eating and it's very expensive so he takes whatever he can.
