This will be the 4th day I've had a twitch left eye, it's soooo annoying I'm thinking its lack of sleep, been going through a not sleeping good stage again, so tired, then when I do sleep I've been having the weirdest dreams hmmm

That must be so aggravating! I've gotten the twitchy eye before but no longer than a few hours! Hope you can get some restful sleep soon.

I have had a twitch last for an hour but you must be going crazy with it lasting for day. perhaps a muscle relaxer will help or perhaps hot compress over the eye to relax that muscle.

I can't believe it's still twitching today, not as bad as yesterday but still doing it, think I might take some herbal sleeping pills tonight!

UGH. How aggravating. Perhaps a call to the doctor may be in order?

K so you're not going to believe this but it's still twitching:(
I need to go to doctor for a new refill prescription on my avamys for my nose so Ill mention it when I'm there.
Funny thing is I just said to hubby last week that I'd noticed a slight deterioration in my eye sight, just for looking at stuff up close, I was trying to look at something on my finger and realised I was squinting and moving it farther away from my face like old people do, am I getting old I see you hmmm

Eye strain, stress and lack of sleep are all contributing factors to "twitchy eye" along with some other things. You probably should call and get seen ASAP as the holidays are next week and medical offices will be closing for them limiting appt's. Hope you feel better. I have also had that "twitch" but not for as long as you...it was a PITA!!

go to opthomoligist. (SP) not just a regular eye doctor for glasses or general doctor. sounds like something else is going on besides just twitching. good luck and hope you find a solution.
