my apple cake

Today I feel need for sweet, so I decided to use apples I have and some other thing that I have in my kitchen and make nice apple without going to store. Please dont laugh. I am not an expert in baking.


So take 3 bigger appels, peel the rind, I like to cut them into small cubes, but you can make them as you like.

For the apples you will need 1 spoon of cinnamon, 4 spoons of sugar, and 1 spoon of jam

Mix that all together

For the dough you will need, 40 dag of flour, 2 eggs, 1 lemon, 1 cup of jogurt, 4 spoons of oil, 1 spoon of honey and 4 spoon of sugar, and little spoon of baking soda

Put all of that in a bowl and mix it with a electric mixer

Put first layer of dough

Put all together in oven for 25 min, 220 C

When over you can put on top of it what ever you like. Ice cream, chocolate...
