I am looking to get some tire covers to keep the sun off the trailer tires and try to lengthen their life. Does anyone else use these? If so, where did you find them?

YES.............
Camping World is where I got mine. I have white ones that cover the entire wheel, each tire a individual cover. On during idle sitting, removed for using of the trailer. I am going to be ordering a "spare tire cover" from them too. It will also be white and have a American Flag or be plain...those are the choices...also comes in black but that sort of defeats the purpose.
Picture of the trailer with the covers to follow..have to go take for you.
OK...these are the covers. These are the ones that fit my trailer...they come different sizes...get your tire size and then match it to what you need...Not cheap but working great so far!! www.campingworld.com/shopping/item/ultra-tyre-gard-pair-tire-diameter-33-to-35-colonial-white/15773
OH...the dogs are Ashley {brown} and Shadow {yellow}... my loyal companions and watch-dogs for us and our neighbors.... Yikes...a book, more like a novel! sorry for the pictures being so BIG!!
Forgot to add.... Walmart has covers too...by us in stores and on-line as do most any store with a auto section. We looked around though and felt the quality was poor and with the sun down here as strong as it is...they would not last long. The covers we bought had good reviews by many using them for many years with no issues....

Exactly! Thanks so much. And they are on sale, buy one get one free. I will let my mom know (I asked for them for my birthday).
I love seeing your loyal companions too!

Also if your not going to use your trailer on a regular basis. Park the tires on boards. Contact with the ground over time is just as bad I roll both of mine up on 2x6 treated boards...

Thank you, I didn't think of that. I only really use mine to haul to the vet, if needed. That's a good idea. I will get some boards tomorrow.

I have thought about putting some gravel down, just where the tires are so that water drains away from them and they aren't sitting in dirt. Boards would work too. I try to move it, even just a little bit, when I'm not using it often so the same part of the tire isn't sitting on the ground.
Measured my tires last night - 28.5 inches so off to order my 4 covers for only $32 + about $14 for shipping! Great deal if anyone else is looking to get some covers. I may get an extra pair for my spare too.

I only have a cover on my spare, but have my tires checked annually. I also park my trailer on boards and left over vinyl siding, left over from building the house. **I was thinking about parking on top of a tarp on the ground to control moisture underneath, any thoughts on this?**

I would be worried that rain would accumulate and sit around the tires with a tarp. That's why I was thinking gravel. But then again, maybe it doesn't rain by you like it does here and it wouldn't be a huge issue.

Well, I was still planning to park on top of the boards, on top of the tarp,.., but water collecting could be an unforeseen issue too , I hadn't thought of that aspect.

Unfortunately I think about the rain all the time. I don't remember this area being a tropical rainforest in the past. We always have a chance of rain everyday in the summer but it seems like our winters are now just as rainy.
Now back to our regularly scheduled thread... LOL.
