Are any of you members of APHA? I have kind of been wanting to find Mister's previous owner. I know she got divorced and moved to Colorado after I bought Mister but that was 10 years ago and the email address I have for her isn't working. I'm not even sure if she still has horses!

Sorry, I can't help you with that. I let my APHA membership lapse once I finished getting Zena registered. Hopefully someone else has an active membership and can help you out.

I am wondering if you can call them up and explain why you are looking for the previous owner. i have done that with the arabians and the minis and the staff at either registry were always helpful

Good idea HL - I may try that.
Terry - that's basically what I did when I got Mister. I thought the journal was a complete waste of paper for the most part and I wasn't planning on showing APHA so why keep up the memebership!. I did the same thing when I bought Cowboy - he was double registered in palomino registries. Got him transferred and dropped the memberships.
