I love the walking dead, watched all breaking bad recently and am now on series 3 of game of thrones, love it!
Tried watching the 100, boring, poor acting, watched 1 episode of the 4400, not sure about it.
Anyone recommend anything for me based on my history lol!

Well, you're British so I'd have to say Doctor Who! Also, because it's the best show in the history of TV. LOL I'm a bit obsessed.
I'm also looking for recommendations, so someone please jump in here! I'll have to check out Breaking Bad - heard it's good! LOVE The Walking Dead, but have only seen the first season of Game of Thrones as I'm trying to get through the books first.
I like Chicago Fire, because firefighters, but it's not the best show in the world.
Anyone?

My husband, my daughter and I are addicted to Game of Thrones. He likes Vickings because he thinks it's similar but my daughter and I don't like it. You didn't mention comedies but I'll throw in Modern Family. I started watching it recently and I really like it. Another favourite show if mine is Ghost Adventures.

You know I haven't watched the new doctor who's, I remember it when I was a kid and it was so cheaply filmed, not sure if I could get past that memory lol!
What don't you like about Vikings, I saw that advertised but it's fairly new isn't it! I kinda have to go dvd or netflix as I am never able to watch tv when these things are on!

Haven't heard of ghost adventures, I got bored with all those kinda programs as they hardly ever find anything and drag them out! plus they freak out if something happens! hello! what do you expect, it's supposed to be scary for you, they ain't gonna come up and shake your hand nicely!
Think I'll watch one to see what I think:)

Oh yes, we just started watching Modern Family last year! It's so funny!
I haven't watched the old Doctor Whos, just cause I think I'll find them cheesy. But the new ones are pretty good. Well, I like them. They can still be cheesy, but the effects are much better!
I've heard good things about Vikings, will have to check it out.

We don't like Vikings because after watching Game of Thrones it seems bleak and dull. This time of year we watch very little TV, we mostly watch during the winter so something has to be really interesting to get us to sit and watch it. I started watching Big Bang Theory last year and had only watched it once before that and thought it was stupid. Then I got into it and couldn't get enough of it. The nice thing about getting into a program late is that all the reruns are a new show for you. But they're not in order.
I've read the Game of Thrones books so I know what's coming up but some things are different from the book of course. The last two books are written at the same time so it's a little confusing. So one book talks about a set of characters during a period of time and the next book is a different set of characters during the same period of time.

I'll have to keep that in mind so I don't get confused! I'm almost done the second book so can almost start watching Season 2 of GoT. I like Big Bang Theory too, mostly cause I'm a big geek and can totally relate to the boys' obsessions! LOL

I bug my husband about Big Bang Theory! He's very interested in the universe and watches documentaries about it and he used to be addicted to World of Warcraft. I like documentaries about historic events but I have no interest in the universe and stars and things like that.

I like some documentaries, depends what they're about. Not really into history though. But the universe and astronomy? LOVE LOVE LOVE! I could stay out all night with my telescope and camera, or reading about different stars and stuff on wikipedia. Almost went to school for astronomy, but when I hurt my knee I missed too much school to keep up in maths, so that sucked. So I can totally relate to the Big Bang Theory characters!
Anyone watch Dexter? We liked it, different take on serial killers. Not everyone's cup of tea though!

I don't watch a lot of tv. But I do like The Black List, Big Bang Theory, NCIS, CSI LA, and of course my RFDTV horse shows. Not into The walking Dead and shows like that.
